GLP Play Group

Our new play group will focus on helping your gestalt language processor use their gestalts/scripts flexibly and cooperatively to self-advocate, share ideas, and make connections while playing and making a mess! AAC users welcome :)

Apraxia/Motor Speech Group

The group will focus on encouraging children to practice their motor speech skills in words and phrases during functional, play-based activities like pretend play, role play, crafts, music/dance, and more. Aspects of self-advocacy, social communication, and self-confidence will be highlighted, as well.

Executive Functioning Group

A chance for your child to practice their Executive Functioning Skills in a group setting! These skills will be targeted through project based tasks such as slime making. This is best for children who can engage with conversational language skills, participate in a typical classroom setting, remain table top for at least 10 minutes at a time with minimal support.

School Vacation Music Therapy Drop-In Sessions

Music Therapy is the evidence-based clinical use of music and music activities to address a child's goals. In music therapy groups, children engage in motivating music activities while targeting speech and language goals. Led by dually trained Speech Language Pathologist and Music Therapist!

GLP Home Program

Home visits for Autistic clients that speak with lots of scripts and echolalia (i.e., gestalt language processors!) Non-speaking and AAC clients are also welcomed! Sessions are child-led and focus on using the child’s language flexibly to help them move through the stages of natural language acquisition.

Feeding Home/Community-Based Program

Home, daycare, school visits (with permission) for clients with feeding challenges and families with stress related to mealtime and nutrition. Sessions focus on the child eating in one of their natural environments with caregivers. Strategies, recommendations made in real time to reduce stress, support increased intake volume, and help generalize therapeutic goals (i.e., accepting new foods/varieties). All sessions are child-led with a responsive, neurodiversity affirming approach to support family and child values and goals. Open to current feeding clients and new families.
